What is it and how does it work?

Performance coaching is a 1 to 1 developmental activity. Through a process of expert questioning, reflection, support and challenge a good coach will enable you to gain focus and clarity on your personal and organisational goals, overcome barriers to success and achieve more.

What is performance coaching used for?

Because coaching is client centred and driven by you, it can be used for many things. Typically coaching sessions will cover some of the following:

  • Prioritising workloads and dealing with complex issues
  • Improving relationships with colleagues, customers, your boss
  • Effective people management –dealing with difficult staffing issues
  • Developing personal awareness and being a better manager/leader
