Leadership Development Programme at P&O Ferries...P&O Ferries employs a diverse workforce from over 40 different nationalities. The range of jobs and responsibilities within our company is pretty impressive too. So when it comes to leadership and staff communications we need our managers to have the skills, knowledge and expertise to really connect with all our staff whatever their role or background. Inspired Business Consulting ran our 2007/2008 leadership development programme and I can thoroughly recommend Jackie and her team. Our brief was demanding. We wanted a two day programme which not only covered the legal issues of managing a diverse workforce but also delivered on our need to embed the Company’s Vision and Values. The innovative and engaging programme Jackie designed and delivered for us was brilliant and exceeded our expectations. On day one we looked at our management responsibilities and covered the legal issues; this provided a great foundation for day two when we turned our attention to business demands and the role of leaders in the Company. Jackie and her team used a variety of learning methods to engage every participant in the programme.
